Generally we only list products in our online catalogue that are available from stock. This way we can offer delivery within 5 working days and highly competitive prices on the carefully selected, great value products.

If you would like to make sure products are available for immediate despatch, particularly if you are purchasing a large quantity of one of our products, then please telephone us or email us before placing your order online.

To ensure speedy delivery and great value for money some products are despatched from our own stocks and some products will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.

Deliveries will be made within 3-5 days of the order being placed,subject to stock availability and with the exception of certain products, where there could be a longer delivery time turn around.  Next day delivery & Saturday delivery is available on certain products and at an extra charge.

Deliveries are made to the 'kerb side'. Unfortunately, due to insurance guidelines it is not the courier’s responsibility to take goods into your home so please arrange for adequate help at time of delivery.  Flooring deliveries could be made on a lorry or a van, and it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road or area is subject to a vehicle weight or width restriction; please inform us at the time of order.

Deliveries are made from approximately 8.00 am to around 6.00pm. Requests for an E.T.A on the day of delivery are strictly at the courier’s discretion. If a courier arrives at your address and is unable to deliver on the arranged delivery date because you are not there, or there is inadequate help available, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred. ALL deliveries must be signed for. Approximate delivery lead times will be advised at the time of order whenever possible. Apple Wood Floors cannot be held responsible for delivery lead time schedules arranged with outside couriers, e.g. special order products dispatched direct from manufacturers. Apple Wood Floors do our utmost to avoid any damage by choosing the best couriers available. However, some goods are sent direct from the manufacturer which means we have no jurisdiction over the method of delivery.

In any event please inspect all goods immediately on delivery. For instance, this means opening tubes to check trims and glancing over (but not opening) packs of flooring for visible damage. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged item, or an item is missing, make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork. Claims for such damaged or missing items must be made within seven days of the delivery and will only be considered if the courier’s paperwork is appropriately noted. Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us may incur charges where applicable.

Keeping your debit & credit card details secure is very important to us at Apple Wood Floors. That is why we make use of the services provided by PayPal to handle payments on our behalf.

What does this mean? The actual payments will be handled by PayPal (click here to visit their web site). PayPal are a market leader in providing secure online payments. Payment details are processed on their secure server. Details of your card number are not given to or stored by Apple Wood Floors.
