How many free samples can we have?
	Samples are available for most products and we can send out 2 samples per customer. Please contact us by telephone or email to request free samples.
What is an Engineered Board?
	An engineered board is a ply construced board with a range of 2mm to 6mm Hardwood Finish.
When will my order be delivered?
	Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days, Should good not be available immediately, we will notify you by email or telephone. Specific items can be delivered next day, however these orders and funds needs to be placed/received by 11am.
What is a solid wood floor?
	Solid wood is just that, Wood from top to bottom.
When would I use underlay?
	Underlay can be used on any floating floor system such as Laminate and Engineered.
My sub floor is uneven what do i do?
	Most building suppliers use a levelling compound such as latex to even out the floor. However, if you are fitting a solid wood floor the appropriate products need to be used. We would suggest that you contact our technical helpline via email technical@apple-wood-floors.co.uk or call 07501 468 255
Whats the difference between oiled and lacquered floors?
	Oiled Floors give the aged efffect and Lacquered gives you that more traditional effect.
How do I Maintain/Clean my new wooden floor?
	You must not apply any excessive water, or use and strong detergent such as bleech or equivalent.  Please see our brochure for some maintenance products provided or contact our technical helpline.
